Xia Fangfang: Only a space that mobilizes people’s interactive emotions can give you the warmth of home
This work was inspired by the master Suzuki Daijo when I went to Japan, because many architectural designs in Japan are very Zen-like.
The word Zen often seems to be very profound, but it has a power that can embody some invisible things in your thoughts.Now under design. A designer is like a dreamer who needs to transform his dreams into reality.
The area of this case is about 300 square meters. Now the whole space design is more natural. But before the structural design transformation of this space, it was like a high wall, which made people feel very oppressive, and the whole space showed a disordered state. How to turn the disordered spatial structure into an ordered state is a very important consideration in this design.
In addition, the owners said that their family has a small number of people, and there is little communication on various matters. Here we hope that the space must be opened so that everyone can fully interact with each other, so that the emotional connection between families will be closer. We design to connect the space to people's hearts and amplify the communication space.
To sum up, the key words of our design are high walls, order and growth. The so-called growth means opening up all public areas and making it borderless.
Because the external environment in the case is particularly beautiful, with mountains and water in the distance, it also fits the space theme very well. We also integrate the concept of landscape into the design, so that the internal and external spaces can be very harmonious and complete.

Zhao Qiang: Home should be a place with emotion, warmth and poetry
Customer analysis: The customer is 55 years old. His family members include a son, daughter-in-law, and a granddaughter. He does not live with his children on weekdays, but his granddaughter will live with the customer on weekends.
Family characteristics: The children have a desire to perform, and the son and daughter-in-law have the habit of reading
House structure: A duplex structure of 144 square meters on the first floor + first floor below. The space on each floor is relatively small and the connectivity of the spaces is not good. The first floor below is relatively high but the lighting is not good.
Customer needs:
1. Reduce space barriers and increase communication with children (emotional)
2. In line with the daily habits of customers and family members, making daily life more convenient
3. Make the space larger, more convectional, and achieve a very highGood communication skills
Design changes:
1. Through the renovation of the stairs and the opening of the north-south terrace, the space is made more open. The problem of insufficient light is improved through lighting on the first floor, and a children's area is provided to satisfy the children's desire to perform and the convenience of family viewing (reflecting the convenience of a family) the affection and energy of being together). The children's area has a semi-partitioned design to facilitate communication with children, but also to facilitate observation of children
2. The guest room is equipped with a bookshelf to meet the daily reading habits of the son and daughter-in-law
